Description:

The Moncton Northeast Construction Association wished to update their current training room to provide an environment that would be more conducive to learning as well as to incorporate modern technologies which would allow them to take advantage of remote learning opportunities. This refresh incorporated all new finishes in the training room, common corridors and the washrooms. New energy efficient heat pumps were installed and old PTAC, through wall units were removed. The existing heat recovery ventilator was reduced to eliminate noise in the training room. A new office was built to increase leasable space. Modern technologies were installed to permit remote learning as well as to make the room more usable. New furniture was installed.
